{"id":5127,"date":"2018-05-18T16:05:22","date_gmt":"2018-05-18T14:05:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nacional.local\/organos\/leonardo-carlin\/"},"modified":"2026-05-07T21:21:58","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T19:21:58","slug":"arturo-soto","status":"publish","type":"organos","link":"https:\/\/transparencia.kiubix.biz\/protecciondedatospersonales\/organos\/arturo-soto\/","title":{"rendered":"Arturo Soto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Abogado por la UNAM, con m\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os de experiencia en temas de fiscalizaci\u00f3n, normatividad electoral y transparencia.\u00a0Desde 2002 forma parte de Movimiento Ciudadano, donde ha coordinado y supervisado el uso correcto del Gasto Programado a nivel federal y estatal.\u00a0Gracias a su participaci\u00f3n, el partido ha logrado mantenerse por m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os sin multas, adapt\u00e1ndose con \u00e9xito a los cambios en las reglas de fiscalizaci\u00f3n en materia de Gasto Programado.\u00a0Cuenta con amplia trayectoria y experiencia en materia de Transparencia y Acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, como coadyuvante del Responsable de la Unidad de Transparencia desde 2015.\u00a0Implemento y conduce el sistema para la atenci\u00f3n de solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n;
